Design Process

Upon receiving the order, we will reach out to the customer to gather all necessary information and materials for the photobook design, the files can be sent to info@boujeebooks.co.za via wetransfer.com. The customer can also provide a design brief for consideration should they wish to. 

The customer will have the option to choose the photobook size and cover binding type based on the price list above, note once the design process has begun; we cannot change the binding type, cover option, or photobook size. 

The customer will have the option to choose between a scrapbook style designed to match your theme or a simple image design with a white background. 

The customer will have the option to choose between a Matt or Gloss cover finish.

The design process has a lead time of up to 5 business days from the date of receiving the proof of payment and photos or materials needed, this lead time depends on the detail and number of pages required.

Printing Process

• The printing process has a lead time of 5-10 business days, depending on the size of the order.
• The customer will be provided with a digital proof of the design for review and approval.
• The customer will have the opportunity to request up to 1 round of design revisions at no additional cost. These revisions must be limited to small changes in layout, text, and image placement.
• Any additional design elements or major changes to the overall design will be subject to a fee and will be quoted on and agreed upon before the changes are made.

Extra Costs

• Delivery fees are not included in the price list and will be added to your cart on checkout at a flat rate of R150 for delivery in major cities in South Africa.
• Any additional revisions requested beyond the initial 1 round for design will be subject to a fee.
• Any additional pages requested beyond the initial number of pages agreed upon in the order will be subject to a fee as per our price list.
• A protective box and ribbon are included in the price list for each photobook.

Payment and Shipping

• Once the photobook is ready for shipment the delivery lead time is 2-3 business days depending on the customer’s location. 
• Full payment is required before the design process begins and any additional costs must be paid before printing and delivery. 
• Shipping and handling fees will be calculated based on the customer’s location and will be added to the final cost.

Refunds and Returns

• We do not offer refunds or returns for custom-designed photobooks.
• If there is an issue with the photobook upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss a resolution.
• By placing an order with H Collection Designs (Pty) Ltd trading as boujee books, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
